Q: How long will it take Valley Center Wireless to get my service running?
A: Typically it's less than a 48 hour turnaround.

Q: Will my internet service have data caps?
A: No. We don't have any download limitations like many other providers.

Q: Do you have senior or military pricing?
A: Yes - we offer senior, military, chamber of commerce, local educators, fire fighters & law enforcement discounts.

Q: How long does it take for a physical installation?
A: A standard installation usually takes between 1-2 hours.

Q: Is there an installation cost?
A: With a one year contract there is a onetime $150 installation fee ($120 if you qualify for one of our community appreciation discounts) or with a two year we waive the installation fee!

Q: What type of infrastructure is used for Valley Center Wireless?
A: We distribute our multi-gigabit fiber backbone throughout Valley Center with commercial grade point to point radios. Our state of the art routing increases performance and reliability.

Q: What are your office hours of operation?
A: From 8:30am to 5pm. Monday-Friday.

Q: Is your office open on the weekends?
A: No, we are open Monday-Friday.

Q: Does your company offer computer repair services?
A: Yes - we offer in office and on site computer services. Valley Center Wireless customers receive a 10% discount on all computer repair services!

Q: When do you send out invoices to customers?
A: Invoices will be emailed to you on the 15th of each month.

Q: Can Valley Center Wireless setup automatic payments?
A: We can setup a VISA or Mastercard to be charged for your monthly invoices.

Q: Does the weather affect the service?
A: Not typically, however long duration power outages or extreme weather conditions can cause every provider problems. Valley Center Wireless is extremely prompt to resolve any network issues 24/7/365.

Q: What do I do if my service isn't working?
A: There are a lot of different devices that can prevent your connection from working properly. Typically the most volatile link is your residential grade router - power cycle this device first! If that doesn't resolve your concern always feel free to call our office at 760-749-0828. If you call after hours the on call tech typically returns your call within 12 hours.

Q: Does Valley Center Wireless monitor my connection?
A: No we do not monitor your connection. It's important that if you are experiencing any concerns that you call our office for immediate assistance!

Q: Does Valley Center Wireless charge for onsite repairs?
A: If the problem is with our equipment we do not, however if the problem is with your router, home equipment, etc there may be a $50/hour dispatch fee to cover the expense of our technicians.

Q: Do you provide home networking accessories for sale?
A: Yes - we carry MikroTik residential grade wireless routers, cables, adapters, etc. Please visit our networking for more information.
